Our Services
Live Streaming
Live streaming is the process of getting the digital sources from your events e.g. cameras, slides, videos, demos, Auslan interpreters, and presenting them to your online audience in a style similar to a TV broadcast. Your online viewers need to see whats being referenced at the event as they dont have the luxury of seeing the presenters on stage and the content on screen in person. We switch all these sources together to an online branded environment with a focus on keeping your audience engaged every second of your event.
Utilising our Create Live Pro platform, you can offer your online viewers registration, authentication, advanced online Q&A with dedicated speaker foldback as well as chat, polls, surveys and an HTML embed widget that allows you to embed anything hosted online such as a social media feed, or even a third party engagement suite such a Poll Everywhere or Kahoot. We can even integrate your in-room audience with your online audience via shared in-room Q&A feature.
Whilst we have our own platform, we consider ourselves “platform agnostic” and can stream to any platform you desire such as CVENT, On Air, IBM, Bizabo, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo and YouTube to name a few. If it can be streamed to, we will get it there.
We can also be inserted into any part of your production workflow. Just need our platform? No worries, have your AV team stream to our platform and we will provide support and monitoring. Just need cameras? Too easy, we will send our camera operators to your event. Need full service? We can provide cameras, onsite streaming technicians, online event platform and support. We have live streamed every size event both nationally and internationally ranging from 10pax to 6000pax in room, and with online audiences as large as 680,000 viewers.x
Video Production
Video production is the process of creating video content, from pre-production planning and scripting, to shooting and post-production editing. It involves using a combination of technology, creativity, and expertise to bring ideas to life through the visual medium. Video production can range from short social media clips and event highlight videos to long form content like event records and documentaries, and can be used for a variety of purposes, such as marketing, advertising, education, entertainment, and more.
Some examples of the video content we produce are:
- Event records
- Event highlight videos
- Event openers
- Vox pops
- Fireside chat / speaker interview records
- Documentaries
Video production can help capture and convey ideas in a powerful and impactful way.
Hybrid Events
A hybrid event combines elements of both in-person and virtual experiences. This allows for a wider audience reach, increased engagement, and flexibility for attendees. Hybrid events are designed to bring together participants in both physical and virtual environments, and often use technology to facilitate interaction and connection between the two groups.
In a fully hybrid event, some attendees participate in person at a physical venue, while others join virtually from remote locations via an online platform. The event may include live presentations, panel discussions, workshops, networking and break out sessions, and for both in-person and virtual attendees. Our Create Live Pro platform offers features such as live video streaming, viewer chat, moderated Q&A, and interactive tools to facilitate engagement and collaboration among attendees.
Our production team produce the stream live from the event venue switching all the sources from camera and PPT to videos and remote guests.
Fun fact: the term “hybrid event” grew in popularity during covid as the adoption of live streaming grew during the pandemic. For years before covid we were live streaming in-person events so we refer to hybrid events simply as “events” 😉
Overall, a hybrid event is a dynamic and engaging experience that allows participants to connect with others, learn new skills, and gain insights into their industry or area of interest, whether they choose to participate in-person or virtually. Hybrid events are quickly becoming a popular option for event planners and attendees alike, as they offer the best of both worlds.
Virtual Events
A virtual event is an online gathering that takes place entirely over the internet, with no physical location or in-person attendance required. Participants can join the event from anywhere in the world, using their computer or mobile device.
In a virtual event, all aspects of the event are conducted online, including presentations, panel discussions, workshops, networking and breakout sessions. Our Create Live Pro platform offers features such as live video streaming, viewer chat, moderated Q&A, and interactive tools to facilitate engagement and collaboration among attendees.
Virtual events offer several advantages over traditional in-person events, including lower costs, greater accessibility, and reduced environmental impact. They also provide a convenient and flexible way for attendees to connect with other and access valuable content without the need to travel or take time away from work.
Overall, a fully virtual event is a dynamic and engaging experience that allows participants to connect with others, learn new skills, and gain insights into their industry or area of interest, all from the comfort of their own home or office.
