Blackmores F22 Kickoff
Longstanding client Blackmores engaged us to run their annual sales kick off event. Due to Covid-19 this particular event needed to be produced as a fully virtual event. There were 784 attendees across the ANZPAC region. This event is usually held in person to reflect on the past financial year, plan for the future and celebrate achievements.
Using our Create Live Pro platform, we created an authentication page that locked the entry to this site down by individual unique passwords for each employee and only allowed entry from Blackmores group business domains. The event streaming page included live moderated Q&A, heavily engaged live chat, social media feed and live captioning, event materials such as agendas and bios were all available online. The online MC Adam Spencer, worked out of our studio “ON AIR”, however all other speakers and presenters were brought in remotely. This stream was 8 hours in duration so the above tools assisted with audience engagement and interaction. With a 98% attendance rate and 95% plus retention rate this was a very successful outcome for the client.
